A Dexo Holdings self-funded project in which all four units of the building were acquired. Currently, the building has 4 units built over two floors and is in the process of obtaining planning permission. Once authorized, the building will be redeveloped into a boutique residential building boasting 13 units spread over 7 floors with a balcony, parking space, and storage for each unit.
