Omri Elani is the Founder and CEO of Dexo Holdings. He leads the firm’s strategic direction across its real estate development and venture investment divisions.

Background
Academic Elani holds a Master of Business Administration from Tel Aviv University in partnership with NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with Honors in Finance from Reichman University.

Experience Prior to founding Dexo, Omri served as a Business Strategy Advisor at Guesty and a consultant at BDO, specializing in corporate strategy and business development.

The Mission Under Omri’s leadership, Dexo Holdings has evolved into a multi-asset vehicle focused on identifying latent value in urban real estate and growth-stage companies. His approach combines rigorous financial modeling with a commitment to operational excellence.
